Type of Classes
- Single Class
- You will learn the key principles of Pilates and will work on your mind and body co-ordination with the one-on-one attention. An individual session is required for all clients who are new to pilates or with specific injury/rehabilitation issues.
- Group Classes
- Once you have a good understanding of the principles of Pilates you can move into the Group sessions. Our group classes use a full range of equipment from, Swiss balls, rollers, flexi bands, pilates balls etc, and are limited to 15 people
to ensure that you have a high level of supervision and coaching through all the exercises.
