I am a qualified prenatal Pilates instructor and extremely passionate about Pilates and how it can benefit you during your pregnancy.

Pregnancy is a magical time for mother and baby. Pilates is an amazing form of exercise and a beautiful way to gently tone and prepare your body for not only the delivery of your unborn child, but also to assist you in the days, weeks and months after the birth.

Pilates will keep your core and pelvic region toned and strong, reminding you to keep your posture inline as the baby grows and your body changes, preparing you for the delivery of your new baby.
